Warranty Policy

Product Warranty:

  • Most of our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and coverage vary by product. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your purchase for specific details.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

How to Request Warranty Service:

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of purchase.
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Custom-built PCs and special order items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Software, including digital downloads.
  • Clearance and sale items.
  • Gift cards.

Return Process:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack and Ship:

    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
    • Clearly label the package with the Return Authorization Number (RAN).
    • Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Inspection and Refund:

    • Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
    • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • If the return is not approved, the item will be sent back to you with an explanation.

    • If the exchange is approved, the new item will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days.
    • If the exchange is not approved, the item will be sent back to you with an explanation.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@macrotronics.net or call us at +961 71 948494. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
